PC Retro Shop was established in 1999 with a simple goal: to provide quality computers, knowledgeable technical service, fair pricing, and the kind of personal attention that is increasingly difficult to find.

More than 25 years later, that philosophy still guides everything we do.

We are proud to be an independent, locally established computer shop serving Beltsville and the surrounding communities. Over the years, we have built long-term relationships with customers who return to us, recommend us to friends and family, and in some cases travel considerable distances because they know the level of service they will receive.

At PC Retro Shop, computers are what we do.

We repair and troubleshoot laptops and desktops, recover important data, install and configure operating systems, perform hardware upgrades, remove malware, transfer data, and help customers solve problems that are not always straightforward.

These systems were designed for professional environments, where durability, reliability, and serviceability matter. They are often built to a higher standard than many entry-level consumer computers found at large retail stores.

This allows us to offer customers a well-built, dependable computer at an affordable price.

And when you purchase a computer from PC Retro Shop, the relationship does not end with the sale. We stand behind our products, and our customers have a real local computer shop they can return to when they need help.
